Motorola Flat Rate repair:
Tier I: We repair or replace your radio for one fixed price.
Tier II: Applies to newer models, and covers all repairs needed to get the radio working properly, however replacements are not always covered under the flat rate price. We will perform a free diagnostic test on your radio and do not charge any fees when a radio is deemed un-repairable.
